I am from Albany NY and I scheduled an appointment to go look at a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Jonathan was great, he made the process so easy. I was a little nervous about the test drive because I am not from that area, but he gave clear, concise directions and was very patient and friendly . I figured I would have to put it on hold and come back to pick it up but to my surprise, he made it happen so I could take it home that day. We were in and out in probably an hour, hour and a half. He was even able to get me a lower payment option than originally expected. He's a great asset to the team. The jeep is remarkably clean and in great condition, well worth the trip!
